This is a measure designed from a corporate welfare perspective, which aims to respond to staff needs and improve the quality of work in the hottest areas.

This means that the workers concerned can enter work between 6.30 and 8.30 in the morning, leaving early in the time slot between 3.30 and 5.30 pm. A flexibility that allows you to avoid the hottest hours of the day, contributing to create a more comfortable and productive working environment.
