Ecocap’s participation at Gulfood Manufacturing Dubai ended with a positive outcome. Ecocap’s catalyzed strong interest from new potential customers, generating several business opportunities currently being developed.

The undisputed star of the show was Topsyl, the thin aluminium foil that protects the cans, captured attention thanks to its sustainability performance and versatility in can packaging. At the same time, the new KegSyl was also presented: the foil replaces traditional plastic caps, granting savings both economically, in terms of sustainability and graphic customization options.

The next stop will be DRINK JAPAN in Tokyo, where the company will once again showcase its cutting-edge solutions, aiming to consolidate its presence in Asia and develop new partnerships in the beverage and sustainable packaging sectors. Ecocap’s thus continues its global growth path, bringing Italian quality and innovation to new markets.

According to the latest industry data, Italian exports of packaging and food processing machinery to the United Arab Emirates reached €161 million by July 2025, confirming the growing demand for Made in Italy innovation.

Italy remains a market leader in the UAE, holding a 34.7% share in packaging and 35.4% in food & beverage processing, thanks to its recognized quality, precision, and advanced engineering.

With an offer that spanning from ingredients to processing technologies, advanced packaging, and logistics systems, Gulfood Manufacturing has established itself as a key event for companies operating across the global food supply chain.
