Cassoli Group: a Christmas of sharing, community, and authentic values
For Christmas 2025, the Cassoli Group is renewing its tradition of unity and solidarity, celebrating the holidays with initiatives that put people and the value of being together at the center.
AN OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE MOMENTS AND VALUES
For Christmas 2025, the Cassoli Group renewed a tradition that transcends the holidays: a precious moment to gather, feel part of a community, and celebrate what unites its members every day. This year’s initiatives focused on teamwork, closeness, and the joy of being together.
The Christmas season was, once again, a special opportunity to strengthen internal bonds and reaffirm the sense of belonging that characterizes the Cassoli Group.
The Christmas Lunch, held on Thursday, December 19th, brought employees together and offered a few hours of conviviality and warmth. The event was held on-site, within the Casalecchio production area, where the chef specially commissioned for the occasion prepared the now-traditional Valencian paella. A simple yet meaningful gesture, it reinforced the value of this event.
The day once again highlighted what defines the Group: collaboration, respect, team spirit, and the desire to share and celebrate the year’s milestones together.
A CHRISTMAS OF SOLIDARITY AND CLOSENESS TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
This year, the Cassoli Group once again wanted to renew its support for the local community with a concrete gesture of solidarity. As is tradition, the company chose to support local businesses through the purchase of gift baskets combining locally sourced tortellini, made by a local producer using a machine designed and built by the Cassoli Group, and panettone or pandoro from the ANT Foundation, thus contributing to the association’s valuable mission in cancer care. This gesture combines innovation, local community, and solidarity, transforming every gift into a symbol of care and sharing.
The day concluded with the usual Christmas Lottery, which provided a moment of collective participation. Gifts and baskets received from suppliers were raffled, in full compliance with the company policy of not allowing personal gifts, thus transforming every gift into an opportunity for sharing and transparency.
