Our company was founded in 2003 in Bologna, in the heart of a district with a strong technological vocation that is known worldwide as “packaging valley” for the revolutionary scope of the huge amount of machines that are conceived, produced and sold throughout the world.
Ecocap’s was born from the experience of the Gruppo Cassoli which since 1964 invested its know-how in the design and marketing of packaging machines.
In this background lies our strength. Not only because we can boast a truly unique experience in the field of advanced mechatronics for packaging but above all because the continuous research and application of new technology is the basis of our DNA.

Ecocap’s patented system that revolutionizes keg sealing: the machine applies an aluminum foil cover that seals the kegs, replaces traditional plastic caps, and reduces both costs and warehouse footprint.
The KEGSYL system can be applied to every type and size of keg.
KegSyl reduces packaging expenses because the aluminum reel used for sealing costs significantly less than traditional plastic caps.
KegSyl reduces warehouse space requirements compared to plastic caps, and the same applies to transportation costs.
The KegSyl machine, installed at the end of the line, seals kegs significantly faster than manual closure with plastic caps.
The KegSyl foil can be customized with logo, date, batch number, expiry date, and other useful information.

Topsyl protection is also tested for immersion in water and ice and high temperature resistance, up to 60°C, it is therefore possible to distribute cans in “hot” or “cold” vending machines.
