200 cans analysed before contact with the hands revealed the presence of proteins in 46% of them, hygienic state at risk (31%) and medium danger just under 22%.
On the other hand, when you come into contact with E. Coli’s ‘dirty’ hands (unwashed hands after being in the bathroom), the wet cans are loaded with bacteria in 50% of cases and in 30% when the cans are dry.
Finally, in general, the bacteria survive up to 14 days 😨

Focusing on enviromental sustainability is one of the key features in Ecocap’s.

We are engaged to introduce new, unique solutions to the market, with high technology standards, ensuring efficient performances with reduced enviromental impact.

The latest relevant results are given by the new sealing heads, introduced into the market at the beginning of 2021.

Right after a whole year of usage, all of our clients have registered relevant increases in the quality of welds. Moreover it has been registered a significant reduction of the sealing temperature (from 230° to 170°) with consequent energy saving higher than 30% (from 17 to 11 KwH on a CSS648 at full capacity).

Ecocap’s could not miss the first post Covid event in Thailand: PROPAK ASIA 2022 in Bangkok!

Together with our partner Eufintrade Thailand we are going to meet important players in the beverage sector, and we are willing to start over again with more energy and determination than ever before!

The complete TOPSYL system always arouses great interest, responding well to the needs of both small producers and large multinational companies: our automatic machines can easily be integrated into any production line, regardless its size and speed.

Moreover the TOPSYL seal brings several advantages on different aspects: hygiene, consumer defense, brand value, brand identity and marketing!

Ecocap’s has landed in Australia to present Topsyl: the unique packaging solution in the world, which more and more producers can no longer do without!

Many visitors have been interested in how to get this interesting upgrade with our automatic machines, capable of increasing brand value and sales!

It’s been a great visit at Warsaw Pack to join our partner Ultrapak – packaging machines, who has developed a flexible machine (up to 20cpm in 1-line configuration and up to 40cpm in 2-line configuration), fully designed & manufactured by engineers of Ultrapak and able to rinse, fill and seam cans for any beverage in any can’s sizes.  The new low speed rinsing-filling-seaming block is really perfect to be integrated with Ecocap’s CSS020: this is an important untaken and a full line able to fill and seal Topsyls in a very small footprint.

We cannot wait to see it in operations!

Finally, after long isolations caused by the global pandemic situation, the meetings have restarted!

Together with our partner BevIQ we have met many craft breweries, this exhibition was a very happy and highly anticipated time to meet customers and taste delicious beers … why not?!

It was tiring to stay away but it was worth the wait, it’s all great at last!

The doors were opened to the production plant and offices to welcome family members of all our employees. After a visit and some first-hand experience of their loved-ones’ work place we all went for lunch together in breath-taking surroundings at Fattoria Zivieri. Here we concluded the Cassoli Group Family Day on Saturday March 14th 2022. This special day was designed to strengthen relationships between colleagues and family; an outdoor event to recreate those precious moments together which Covid had taken away and made us forget about.

The care that Cassoli Group has always demonstrated towards its employees – inclusive, fair and diversified – becomes tangible in the numerous comments left by all those participating, including even the youngest, which reveal a true ‘team spirit’ that the Group continues to promote.
